All products sold through Equine Hydrotherapy Center's online store are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue receiving, accessing, or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you in obtaining access to the product you purchased.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, made a duplicate purchase, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the matter individually.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.
